[Consent for the Collection and Use of Personal Information for SHIWOL Registration]

The SHIWOL Secretariat collects and uses personal information for the purpose of 'Festival SHIWOL' as outlined below.

The SHIWOL Secretariat collects only the information necessary for performing this task and does not provide it to third parties.

- Required Information:
Name (in both Korean and English), occupation, affiliation, job title, mobile phone number, email, nationality, and gender.

- Retention Period for Personal Information:
3 years (to be destroyed after the retention period ends).

- Basis for Retention:
The collection of personal information is based on the consent of the individual. The individual may refuse to consent to the collection of personal information, but refusal may result in restrictions on SHIWOL registration services.

The SHIWOL Secretariat entrusts the processing of personal information for the management of pre-registration services as follows:
